See every API a website calls —
then explore it with AI.

API Explorer captures a site's requests into a clean, searchable collection. Inspect payloads, replay calls in your own session, export to Postman, and analyze it all with the AI provider of your choice.

Bring your own key — Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Nothing is sent to us.

Everything you need to reverse-understand an API

No proxy, no setup. Just browse — API Explorer does the rest, first-party and local.

Auto-capture

Intercepts fetch & XHR as you browse and groups them into per-site collections with methods, status, and timing.

Replay in your session

Re-run any request from inside your logged-in tab. Auth tokens are captured and re-attached automatically.

AI analysis (BYOK)

Ask an AI to explain endpoints, authenticate, paginate, filter, and chain calls — with an approval step before writes.

Export & import

One-click Postman v2.1 export, or save/load the full collection as a local JSON file.

Copy as cURL

Grab any captured request as a ready-to-run cURL command, with the real token filled in.

🔒

Local & encrypted

Collections stay in your browser. API keys are encrypted on-device with AES-GCM. No backend, no telemetry.

How it works

Open the panel

Click the API Explorer icon to open the side panel.

Browse a site

Its XHR/fetch API calls are captured automatically into a collection.

Inspect or replay

Open an endpoint to view payloads, replay it, or export it.

Add your AI key

Pick a provider in Settings and let the AI explore the API for you.

Privacy first

API Explorer has no server of its own. We never see your data.

  • Captured data and settings are stored locally in your browser.
  • API keys and auth tokens are encrypted on-device (Web Crypto AES-GCM).
  • Data leaves your device only when you act: to the AI provider you configured (AI Chat, with your key), or to the site's own API (replay).
  • No analytics, no tracking, nothing sent to the developer.
